We want you to be happy with your Esses & Co. order.

Change of Mind

We don’t generally offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we’ll do our best to work with you on a suitable solution where possible.

Any change-of-mind return that we agree to accept must be approved by us before being sent back. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-Order Items

The Apex Collection is produced through a pre-order model.

If you need to change or cancel your order before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Once the final production order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible.

As the Apex Collection is produced through a pre-order model, availability for size exchanges may be limited.

Where an exchange is available, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your original item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess the problem and help resolve it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
