Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery method available for your order.

Where applicable, any free-shipping offers or thresholds will also be shown at checkout.

Apex Collection Pre-Orders

The Apex Collection is offered on a pre-order basis.

Production begins once the pre-order window closes. Your order will be produced, quality checked, packed and prepared for dispatch before it enters the shipping network.

Confirmed production and estimated dispatch timeframes will be published before launch and clearly communicated on the relevant product pages.

Standard & Express Delivery

Standard and Express delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched.

Choosing Express Shipping does not speed up the production of a pre-order item. It only changes the delivery method used once your order is ready to be sent.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
